Sweet Corn Seeds

Semi-early variety with a growth cycle of 87 days. Ears 20-25 cm long containing 18-20 files of yellow and sweet grains when are picked up tender.

Corn plants are picky about their soil. Work in aged manure or compost the fall before planting and let it overwinter in the soil.
The soil should be well-draining but must be able to hold some moisture. Corn tends to use a lot of water.

They are a food rich in vitamin E. They provide a high amount of fiber (10 g per 100 grams) and contain minerals (iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, magnesium, and phosphorus) and vitamins A, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D and K.
