Change of Delivery Date for Perishables

1. Change of delivery date for perishable Products, including but not limited to fresh plants or flowers must be received 24 hours in advance prior to dispatch of the Products. Any change request received with less than a 24 hours’ notice will result in an additional 50% charge on perishable Products ordered. 

Shipping Fee Refunds

1. If a delivery is on its way, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but customers will receive a refund for the balance (amount of the products purchased). This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, with manufacturing defects or not functioning as advertised. If it is a return because you have simply changed your mind, then the shipping fees will be retained by The Garden Concept, and we will just refund the amount paid for the item(s).

1. Refund amount will be reversed back in the same card used in purchasing. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever unless it was paid by cash during purchase. Refunds will be issued by the original payment method. For refunds back to the card, lead time will be based on card provider’s schedule.

Delivery Outside UAE

1. Unless otherwise specified the Products on the Website are available for delivery only within the United Arab Emirates (the UAE).
2. You may place an order for Products from outside of the UAE, but this order must be for delivery to an address located in the UAE. Furthermore, customers,
   You may only purchase Products from our website if you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. We only supply the Products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
