Where is my order?
For any queries about your order please visit our contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number, name and mobile ready and include this in your email.
What time will my delivery arrive?
After you have placed your order, you will receive a call from our team to book a suitable delivery schedule at your convenience. See Delivery Policy.
What if I can't be home to accept my delivery?
If you can't be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the driver to leave your goods at your doorstep, neighbor, reception or in a location around the property that you are happy with. If your order includes indoor plants, we cannot leave them outside the house where there are so much of sunlight exposure. In these instances, we will not require a signature. But our delivery team will take a photo where it was left and send to you by WhatsApp or email as confirmation.
How long will it take if I choose the option buy and collect from the store?
Orders can be collected within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. A confirmation call, message, email will notify the customer once the order is ready for collection. See Buy and Collect.
