Refund policy

If a delivery is on its way, shipping fees will be deducted from the amount, but customers will receive a refund for the balance (amount of the products purchased). This fee will be waived if the item was not as advertised, with manufacturing defects or not functioning as advertised. If it is a return because you have simply changed your mind, then the shipping fees will be retained by us, and we will just refund the amount paid for the item(s).

 

Refund amount will be reversed back in the same method used in purchasing. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever unless it was paid by cash during purchase. Refunds will be issued by the original payment method. For refunds back to the card, lead time will be based on card provider’s schedule.
